The platform may offer freemium or paid features. The cancellation conditions are detailed below:

For free galleries:

• The basic service is free.
• To maintain our service sustainable and optimized, galleries that remain inactive for more than 30 days may be automatically deleted. Inactivity is defined as no new photos, videos, or comments being added.

For premium or custom features (if applicable):

• You can cancel your plan at any time from the administration panel or by writing to us at neiraaliancito@gmail.com.
• If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 7 days of the initial payment. After this period, no refunds are issued, except in cases of technical errors attributable to the platform.
• If your plan includes recurring payments (monthly or yearly), you can disable automatic renewal before the next billing date.
