Data We Collect

Depending on your role within the platform (administrator or guest), we collect different types of data:

If you are a host (administrator):

• Host names (e.g., "Jessica and Tom") to personalize the gallery header.
• Event type (Wedding, Baby Shower, Anniversary, etc.) to adapt the design and features.
• Admin panel username and password.
• Visual preferences: themes, gallery format, music, colors.
• Access settings by time or phone authentication.
• Optional link to PayPal.Me to receive donations.
• Event timeline (AniverSnap): dates, titles, images.
• List of authorized guests (if phone authentication is enabled).

If you are a guest:

• Your name, to identify who uploads content or leaves comments.
• Phone number (optional), used only if the host has enabled verification.
• Photos and videos you choose to upload to the gallery.
• Comments, "likes," and messages in the guestbook.
• Secret Letters (AniverSnap), which only the host can read.

Use of Data

All data is used for the sole purpose of personalizing, operating, and protecting the gallery experience. Host data allows for the creation and management of the private space. Guest data allows for a rich and controlled social experience, knowing who uploads or comments on each piece of content.

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. Each gallery is completely private, and its data is not mixed with that of other galleries or users.

Security and Privacy

We have implemented technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. We use encryption, secure authentication, and automatic content moderation to ensure a respectful and private environment.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can also request the complete deletion of a gallery by writing to us at neiraaliancito@gmail.com.
