Welcome and Use of the Platform

Welcome to MomentSnap and its variants, including BodaSnap, BabySnap, AniverSnap, and other custom versions. This platform has been designed to help you create collaborative and private photo and video galleries for special events such as weddings, baby showers, anniversaries, and personal celebrations. By using our services, you agree to the following terms, conditions, and policies.

MomentSnap allows hosts (gallery administrators) to create virtual spaces where guests can upload content, leave messages, and share memories. The host has full control over the access, appearance, and settings of their gallery. Guests can interact within that space privately, securely, and temporarily.

Conditions of Use

  • Uploading offensive, illegal, or third-party rights-infringing content is not permitted.
  • Each user is responsible for the content they publish.
  • The host can delete content or users at their discretion.
  • Phone authentication is optional, and if enabled, guests must provide their number for verification purposes only. It will not be used for other purposes.
  • To ensure the service remains available and performant for all users, galleries that remain inactive (no new content uploads or comments) for 30 consecutive days may be subject to automatic deletion.

We reserve the right to moderate content, either automatically through artificial intelligence or manually, to ensure the integrity of the experience.

Intellectual Property

The platform, its design, and functionalities are the property of its developer. The multimedia content uploaded by users belongs to them and can be deleted upon written request. The host has the right to download all content from their gallery (e.g., in ZIP format) from their control panel.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms, policies, or functionalities at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the platform or by email.
